We are gathering together collections of papers on Mendeley that may be useful for researching topics. Mendeley is a website and desktop application that acts both as a Bibliographic database, a PDF manager and citation tool. Most of the functions are free and it works on WIndows, Mac and Linux. Photo Search
Finding Creative Commons licenced photos on Flickr is easy. Searching a photo pool is easy. But what if you want to search a photo pool for a photo with a particular licence? If you want to remix a photo the only way to search before has been to either search all of Flickr and wade through all the results, or pick a specialised pool and ope you hit upon one with a suitable licence. Our Photo Search page uses Flickr’s API to do both. If you want to search the Encyclopaedia of Life for a commercially usable photo of a cactus, you can now.
